Buyer’s Guide to Choosing Spray Triggers

Spray triggers provide controlled dispensing for cleaning chemicals, sanitisers, degreasers and other compatible liquids. Insinc’s range includes household, commercial, industrial and chemical-resistant triggers in several colours, neck sizes and tube lengths.

Choose from individual triggers, packs of 10, bulk cartons and complete trigger-and-bottle sets. Colour-coded options can help staff identify products for bathrooms, kitchens, floors or general cleaning and reduce the risk of using the wrong chemical.

Which Spray Trigger Should You Choose?

Standard household triggers are suitable for routine spray-and-wipe products. Commercial and heavy-duty triggers are better for frequent use, while chemical-resistant models should be selected for stronger cleaners that may damage a standard trigger mechanism.

Tube length also matters. A 220mm, 230mm or 250mm tube should reach close to the bottom of the bottle without bending excessively.

How Do You Check Trigger Compatibility?

Match the trigger neck finish to the bottle. A 28/400 trigger must be used with a 28/400 bottle, while a 28/410 trigger requires a compatible 28/410 neck. These fittings are not interchangeable.

Clearly label each bottle and avoid transferring a trigger between different chemicals unless it has been properly cleaned and confirmed as compatible.
