Vacuum pouches help package meat, seafood, cheese, prepared foods and other products for storage and food production. Insinc’s range includes many pouch dimensions, from compact 100mm-wide bags to large 400mm x 600mm formats.

Options include standard-gauge pouches and heavier 65, 80 and 90-micron bags, supplied in commercial cartons of 500 to 2,000.

Which Vacuum Pouch Size Do You Need?

Choose a pouch that provides enough room for the product and the sealing area without leaving excessive unused space. Smaller sizes suit individual portions, while wide or extra-long pouches can accommodate larger cuts, bulk products and irregularly shaped items.

Measure the product’s width, length and thickness before ordering. Testing a sample size is recommended where the product shape or portion size varies.
